Fieldmagic started because service businesses were being asked to choose between generic job management tools and heavyweight enterprise asset systems. Neither handled the reality of recurring inspections, defect management and compliance reporting across thousands of assets and sites.
We set out to build a platform where the asset register, the maintenance schedule and the job on a technician's phone are the same source of truth. That means a failed inspection can become a quote, a job and an invoice without anyone re-keying data.
Today Fieldmagic is used by fire protection, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security and facilities contractors who manage complex service obligations for their customers.
