Enhancements
- Users can now link documents from the document library to asset types

- By default, there should be an optional field besides location in the assets module. This fallbacks to `serial_number` when not provided.
- During insert in import, when asset name is blank it will fallback to serial number.
- Hierarchal asset view prioritizes the display of asset name then fallbacks to serial number
- Added a fix in import process where referencing numeric value as external parent asset id does not work.
- Added import recurring jobs in the side menu
- Users can only add up to 3 lines of job tasks
- Only supported to link 1 checklist per line.
- No validation was added when linked asset checklist was not meant for the given asset type.
- Added resolution time to jobs
- Resolution Time field is added in Jobs, which would show the time the job was completed from the date the job was created until it was completed
- The Resolution Time field will be added when all tasks of the job have been completed
- The Resolution Time field will be updated when a new task is added to the job (that has completed all the tasks prior) and then completed
- Allow portal users to link assets related to the site.
- Create or upsert job can now link checklists by `id` or `external_id`, and set the `available_periods` for asset checklists.
