Week 3 of May 2025: Mid-Month Refinements for Better Usability

• Added a count for the search results in Generate Recurring Jobs
• Added basic asset fault capturing
• Addressed an issue where the Site was not showing on Recurring Jobs for Customers. The **Recurring Jobs** widget has been updated in both the **Customers** and **Sites** modules:

Customers module

• The listing now displays the **Site** instead of **Priority**
• A **Site filter** has been added

Sites module

• The listing now displays the **Customer** instead of **Priority**
• A **Customer filter** has been added

• Exclude empty group prompts when rendering pdf
• Fix asset status should reference to inspection status in reports
• Fix internal server when rendering job checklists generated from AI with missing prompt value details
• In Job Templates, move checklist field from Tasks tab to the main Job Information tab
• In Job Wizard, Priority, Job Type and Billing Type fields can now use custom dropdown values
• Inspection Summary Report can now be viewed even if there are only Job Checklists and no Assets.
• Checklists will now be applied to custom job types when they are included to ‘Automatically Attached On’
• Job Templates and Recurring Jobs now inherit custom dropdown values from Jobs
• Fix internal server error when converting quote to job with linked asset checklists
• Resolved an issue where the user's name was not displaying in the timesheet.
• Resolved an issue in _Recurring Jobs_ where saving a record with **Billable** turned off caused unexpected behavior.
• Fixed an issue with pagination where the maximum number of viewable pages was not respected and the Next, Previous, First, and Last navigation links did not behave as expected limited to 5.
• Fixed the ordering of the _Generate Recurring Job_ list to correctly sort by the **Next Job Date**.
• Fixed an issue in _Advance Reports_ where all record edit icons would continuously spin when editing a record.
• Fixed a problem where the **Edit** button inside the view record screen was not functioning as expected.
• The **Repeated Every** field now correctly appears in _Advance Reports_.
• Fixed an issue where quote line items were not being inherited as work order items when creating a job.

• Fix internal server error when searching for sites without name
• Fix internal server on subscription webhook when acl user is missing
• \[Migration\] Added a view for _Recurring Jobs_ in the scheduler, including translations and logic consistent with Jobs and Quotes. Also implemented a formula to determine the next scheduled date.

• Add basic fault capturing to asset inspection

• Fix issue where old asset checklist when linked from a recurring job doesn't show scheduled prompts on mobile
• Fix issue where asset checklist with field entry prompt value inside the repeating/scheduled group doesnt update the related asset
• The checklist prompts are now available in the mobile app when using checklists with the old period scheme (annual, bi annual, etc).
• Recurring Jobs, linking the checklist to the generated job if the checklist matches the Period set in the Recurring Job.
• Jobs, linking checklists to job is now working as expected.
• Asset Checklists, Grouped, Field entry for Asset fields is now working as expected:
• After saving the checklist, viewing the asset details shows that the fields part of the checklist field entry prompts are updated
• In the desktop the asset is also updated
• Remove excess button on multi select inputs

• Fix back button not doing anything in wizard screens
